This is what happens between submitting an order and receiving your materials.
Submit Your Order
Choose the material you need and set the quantity. Next, enter the zip code for delivery and pick a delivery date.
Supplier Arrangements
We arrange your order with a supplier in our network for delivery.
Delivery Details
An email will confirm the delivery date and include a phone number for the supplier handling your order.
Your Dump Truck Delivery
A dump truck brings the material to your driveway or another spot you designate on the property.
Delivery Day Information
Before the Truck Arrives
- Remove obstacles from the material drop area
- Provide a clear 12-foot-wide route for the dump truck, free of low branches and overhead wires.
- Use a cone, flag, or another clear marker to identify the drop spot
- You do NOT have to be there if access is open and dump instructions are provided
- Keep your phone nearby. The driver may use a call or text to confirm.
When Materials Are Delivered
- For placement questions, the driver may contact you by call or text
- Your material will be unloaded in a pile at the designated spot
- The usual unloading area is the driveway or reachable ground alongside it
- The delivery itself usually lasts about 10-15 minutes

Delivery Questions
Must I be home when the truck delivers?
No. Leave a clear route and instructions for the unloading spot. The driver will dump the material where directed.
What order size is available?
You can order anything from a single ton to a full multi-ton load. Enter the project size in the calculator, or tell us what you need so the material can be loaded.
Can material be dumped in my backyard?
Safe unloading requires a level, open surface for the dump truck. It can unload in your backyard if truck access is available. If not, delivery is normally placed at the driveway or near the street.
What happens if my quantity is too high or too low?
The calculator can help determine the amount to order. If more material is needed, place another order. Review the refund policy for cancellation information.
Are weekend deliveries available?
Delivery is currently offered on weekdays only (Monday through Friday). Choose your preferred date during checkout.
Which delivery confirmation do I get?
An email with your order and delivery details is sent immediately. You will also be contacted to verify the delivery date and receive the supplier's contact information.
What happens when a truck cannot get onto my property?
Dump trucks need a clear access route at least 12-foot wide, with no low branches or overhead wires. If the site is inaccessible, the driver will unload as close as safely possible. Contact us before ordering if you have concerns about access.
